April Cammarano is a skillful and compassionate advocate who has helped hundreds of diverse sellers and buyers navigate offers and win deals in the competitive San Francisco Peninsula and South Bay markets. Regardless of her client’s goals, April focuses on customer service.
The industry is better for April’s pure willingness to help others. She carefully listens to her clients’ needs, tailoring her marketing methods to fit their desired outcome. It’s this unique shape-shifting ability that enables April to assist such a diverse clientele. From first-time, move-up, and high-tech buyers to relocators, downsizers, and investors looking to reduce or expand property holdings, April roots herself beside her clients — a gentle guide and amenable educator at every step of the path.
Never one to rest on her laurels, April is a Certified Commercial Investment Member, a high-status designation in the commercial sector that requires candidates to meet a benchmark of qualifying achievement and complete a year of training to earn. And as a jack of all trades, April’s passion for real estate includes both the commercial and residential spheres. To that end, she is also registered as a Certified International Property Specialist with the National Association of Realtors®, empowering April to represent her international clientele as effectively as if they were local.
San Francisco real estate is hotter than ever — all the more reason to work with a professional who keeps cool. As a licensed real estate agent since 2002, April’s years of local experience make her a patient and insightful ally. Before entering the real estate industry, April was a tax auditor and accounting specialist working alongside C-suite executives. The skill set she accumulated working on the California Franchise Tax Board allows her to analyze properties’ tax impacts, providing clients with critical insights that foster balanced investment decisions. Every question and concern posed to April is addressed responsively and knowledgeably. After all, taking care of her clients is her No. 1 priority.
A buyer and seller herself, April understands the emotions that go along with important real estate decisions. She attributes her Zen professional approach to her extensive meditative practices in the Buddhist tradition. Even in her spare time, April works to better her beloved community. She volunteers as an art docent in Los Altos elementary schools and is a member of a local Block Action Team, which helps neighbors and seniors in emergencies. She is also an active supporter of the Hanlin Academy, a nonprofit that sponsors activities that promote Chinese culture to second- and third-generation Chinese-Americans.
